Customs & Import Taxes
Most customers can import goods valued up to £50 (or equivalent) without paying any taxes. The majority of our products are priced below this limit, so customs charges usually do not apply.
In some cases, your tracking may show a status like “Fiscal Issues.” This simply means local customs authorities may be reviewing the parcel for VAT, ICMS, or other regional taxes. During this time, the package may be temporarily held by customs (such as HMRC).
If your parcel is taxed, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to assist you and help minimise any charges where possible. If the tax cannot be avoided, the final cost must be covered by the customer, as required by law.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number. Once customs release your parcel, we will request priority processing whenever possible.
